Rules for Kickoff for Savings event:

Advertisement states:  "Negotiate your best deal, then have an opportunity to kick a field goal for up to $1500 off the price of your vehicle!"  It is as simple as that!

Once you have agreed on the sales price, negotiable fees, and any trade-in allowance on any vehicle in-stock for purchase (new or used), you will have the option to kick a field goal to earn further savings from your previously negotiated sales price.  This is done through the following process:

1)  There will be balloons at random throughout the showroom of Gilbert Auto Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram with a small piece of paper inside.  Each balloon will have either the amount of $250, $500, and $750 written on this piece of paper.  You will be able to choose one balloon, which we will pop to discover the amount you will be attempting to earn.

2)  There will be a carpeted area of the showroom that will be decorated to resemble a football field.  There will also be an assembled structure that will be decorated to resemble a football field goal post.  There will be a designated point where a small rubber tee will be placed to attempt the kicking of the field goal.  There will be a small toy foam football (child size) used to complete the attempt.  All of the above items used will be provided by the dealership.

3)  At your option, you may attempt one kick from the aforementioned location on the mock football field to earn the discount equivalent to the amount chosen above in Rule 1.  To determine whether the field goal is good, see the National Football League rules for determining whether a kicked field goal is valid or not.  Should you miss the kick, no discount will be applied to your previously negotiated transaction. 

4)  Should you make the field goal, the amount earned will be immediately applied as a discount to the sale price of the vehicle previously negotiated.  At this point, you will be offered an option of kicking a second field goal from another predetermined point on the mock football field to "double or nothing."  This means that should you make the second field goal from the second determined spot, you will receive double the amount chosen in Rule 1.  However, should you miss the field goal on this opportunity (and only one additional attempt will be allowed), no discount will be applied (including the amount from the first successful attempt, which will be revoked on the second attempt).

5)  Should you be successful in the second "double or nothing" attempt, the additional discount of your amount chosen in Rule 1 above will be immediately applied to the sale price of the vehicle previously negotiated.

You can earn $250, $500, or $750 on the first attempt and should you make it, you can then have a chance to double it to $500, $1000, or even $1500 off the purchase price on your second attempt!

Disclaimers:

- Only one attempt allowed per vehicle purchase transaction.  

- Person to attempt field goal for Kickoff for Savings must also be listed on the legal title of the vehicle purchased to qualify for discount.

- Gilbert Auto Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram will allow this on all in-stock vehicles, including advertised specials, during the promotional period, which ends January 31, 2012.  Dealer locates and vehicles not currently in stock will not qualify.

- This promotion is optional and available entirely at the consumer's discretion.  Participation is not necessary to purchase a vehicle from Gilbert Auto Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram during the promotional period.
